Brandon Bryant Obituary

I feel a warmth around me,
like your presence is so near.
And I close my eyes to visualize
your face when you were here.
I endure the times we spent together,
and they are locked inside my heart.
As long as I have those memories,
we will never be apart.
Even though we cannot speak anymore,
my voice is always there,
because every night before I sleep,
I have you in my prayer.

It is with sincere sympathy that Gatlin Mortuary Inc. announces the passing of Mr. Brandon Bryant  We are honored to be selected by his family to serve them with excellence through professional service.   ~Modern Day Services with Traditional Values~

Brandon Bryant, the son of Nate Brantley and the late Nikia Brown, was born in Lowndes County on December 1, 1997. Brandon received Christ at an early age and was a member of Outlet Christian Life Worship Center, where he served for many years as a member. He attended school in Lowndes County School System and later pursued multiple means of employment. Brandon was well known by many as “B.B.” Brandon was very active within any community that he may have visited. Brandon will go out of his way to help his neighbors and friends. Brandon was loved for his smile, his jokes, but most of all his cooking. Brandon’s life was full of love in which he shared with his siblings, friends, and the children that surrounded him. On Monday, September 20, 2021, Brandon heard the Lord’s voice and took Him by the hand to celebrate his labor and accept his final reward. Brandon leaves to cherish his beloved memories of love and laughter: his father, Nate Brantley (Tanesia) of Valdosta, Georgia; sisters, Holly Breen, Brooklyn Perkins, Jimika Burton, Teronda Brantley, Arienne Brantley, Keshaunda Brantley, and Satrina Roberts, all of Valdosta, Georgia; brothers, Ivory Foster and Cody Bryant, all of Valdosta, Georgia; grandparents, Brenda (Jerome) Carter of Valdosta, Georgia, Willie (Ruth) Brown, Sr., of Valdosta, Georgia, Leona Bradley of Valdosta, Georgia, and Esther Jenkins, along with Robert Jenkins who preceded him in death; uncles, Willie Brown, Jr., Pastor Vincent Brown, and Stephen Bryant of Valdosta, Georgia; the late Kris Brown who preceded him in death; one special friend, Ty Nunns; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
