Ms. Francine Kempson of Valdosta, Georgia was  born on  February 03, 1950. 

Celebration of Life Services will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 11:00 am. Service will be held at Gatlin Mortuary. Public viewing will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024 at Gatlin Mortuary from 1 pm to 7 pm.
