Ja'Kesse Middleton

I know that it may seem far too soon, but it was time for me to take that journey home. My tour of duty in the earth is now through. I've given as much as anyone could be expected to do, I will now take my place of honor, among those who have gone before and I know I will be remembered, from now and forevermore. 

It is with profound sorrow, that we the Owners, Management and staff at Gatlin Mortuary, Inc. stand along side this loving Middleton Family, to announce the passing of their beloved: 

I, Ja'Kesse Middleton was born November 01, 2002, I received my formal education through the Valdosta City School District. On Saturday February 25, 2023, I heard God's call, in other words the last page of my life's book was turned. I am a Warrior and a member of a team. I served the people of the United States and the Army Values. God reached out his loving arms to take me for eternal rest at the tender age of 20 years old. Even though I'm no longer with you on this side, I pray that all of my memories will be remembered by my loving family and friends.  

Ja'Kesse's family & friends will gather together on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at 3:00 PM to remember his life and love shared. His final salute will be held at The Victory Church, 1619 North Lee Street., Valdosta, GA. Pastor Jimmy Jay Williams is pastor, Pastor Pamela Riley-King, officiant. 

Mr. James Gatlin & the caring and experienced professionals at Gatlin Mortuary, Inc., is in charge of services.
