Katrina Williams

In the warmth of April, a star was born,  
Katrina Williams, with a heart adorned.  
From 1955, she graced our days,  
With love for her loved ones in countless ways.  

August 24,2025 came, a somber tide,  
As we gathered to mourn, with hearts open wide.  
A loving embrace, her heart's delight,  
Her laughter and spirit, a guiding light.  

Through moments of joy, through trials faced,  
She nurtured her kin with unwavering grace.  
 Her treasures, the apple of her eye,  
In their laughter, her legacy will never die.  

Siblings stood close, sharing stories and tears,  
Remembering Katrina through all of the years.  
In the bonds they formed, her love will reside,  
A tapestry woven, with her heart as the guide.  

Though she has left this earthly plane,  
In the echoes of love, we’ll call her name.  
For in every hug and in every shared glance,  
Katrina's spirit remains, a timeless dance.  

So let us hold tight to the memories we share,  
As we honor her life with utmost care.  
In the hearts of her loved ones, she’ll forever stay,  
A beacon of love, guiding our way.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025 @ Crossing Jordan Baptist Church in Valdosta Georgia @ 1 pm. Public Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 @ Gatlin Mortuary from 1pm to 5 pm.
