Kelvin Miller Obituary

With Sincere Sympathy, We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Kelvin Miller., who passed into eternal rest on Tuesday  June 22, 2020.  He will truly be missed by his loving family.

 

KELVIN MILLER was born in Valdosta, GA on November 25, 1967, to Cecal A., and the late Bernice G. Daniels. He attended the Valdosta Public School System and graduated from
Valdosta High School in 1986. Kelvin then proceeded to embark upon a 23-year career in the United States Army, serving three tours in Iraq. He retired as a Sergeant First Class. He was a die-hard Wildcats fan and was inducted into the Wildcats Hall of Fame in 2016. Kelvin received Christ at an early age. He was preceded in death
by his mother, Bernice G. Daniels; brother, Darryl Keeling; grandparents, Andrew and Aggie Graham and Charlie and Mary Daniels; and three uncles, Charles, Ulysses, and Ben Daniels.


He is survived by: his loving wife of 13 years, Carla Miller; two sons, Kelvin Miller, Jr., and Gregory Willis; four daughters, Jacqueline Carter, Kelya Miller, Asia Miller, and Shavondalette
Willis; grandkids, Kaiden Dotson, Ariana Roberts, Jeremiah Miller, Nehemiah Miller, Me’erical Blunt, LJ Blunt, Jahr Blunt, Jaharii Blunt, Jaquariyon Willis, Alaysia Payne, Jaslyn Mitchell, Gregory Willis, Jr., and Terry Mitchell, Jr.; one great-grand, Emaris; three sisters, Fanchon Simpson, Dutchess Williams (Cederick) and Amy Thomas (Willie); four brothers, Frederick Keeling (Nikki), Timothy Keeling (Ava), Cecal Daniels (Renee), and Larry Brown; 12 nieces, six nephews, five great-nieces, and two great-nephews; mother-in-law, Barbara Shelton; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles Willis (Deanna), Alvin Willis (Carolyn), and Zellie Austin (Reginald); best friend/ cousin, Errick Chandler; and a host of aunts and uncles.

Graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at Pallbearers Cemetery @ 2 p.m.
