The staff of Gatlin Mortuary extends heartfelt sympathy to the family of Mr. Morgan Lee Broussard during this time of sorrow. We honor his life and legacy, and share in the grief of those who knew and loved him. May cherished memories bring comfort, and may peace be found in the days ahead.
Servant Morgan Lee Broussard, 45, a native Houstonian, entered into eternal glory on April 28, 2026.
Born on November 1, 1980, Morgan — affectionately known as "Mo" — was a beloved son, father, brother, and friend whose legacy is best measured in the lives he enriched simply by being present in them. True to his servant's heart, Morgan enlisted in the United States Navy.
Morgan is survived by his daughter, Radiance Broussard; his mother, Barbara Morgan; his sister, Kamilah Smith; his brother, Feyisara Bamiduro; his nephews, Trevin and Tyce Bamiduro; his aunt, Janis Morgan; his great-aunt, Kathryn Coleman; his cousins, Arthurine and Allie Morgan; and a cherished host of relatives and friends, including Nickole Johnson, the mother of his beloved daughter Radiance.
He is reunited in eternal rest with his father, Robert Charles Broussard; his grandparents, Robert Lee Broussard, Puni Broussard, William S. Morgan Sr., and Arthurine Morgan; his aunt, Geraldine "Trish" Morgan; and his uncles, Clifton Broussard, Anthony Broussard, William S. Morgan Jr., Jonathan Morgan, and Steven Morgan.
The family extends its deepest gratitude for every condolence, kind word, and expression of support during this time.
