Mother Patricia Williams was born August 23, 1936, in Waycross, Georgia, to her father, the late Sebe W. Alexander, and mother, Lilly Mae Newton. She worked as a governess and a caterer until her retirement. She served as a faithful memeber for many years at the House of Prayer Church under the late Pastor Collier. She was married to her late loving husband, Norvell Williams. She was preceded in death by her son, Sebe W. Alexander, and granddaughter, Diana Alexander. She leaves to cherish her memory: her three loving beautiful daughters, Angelian Alexander, Gloria Corbin (Lamar Sr.), and Terri Alexander; ten grandchildren, Johnnie Jordan (Melisa), Tira Davis (Anthony), Allison Clay (Marcus), Darrel Alexander-Ochoa (Ashley), Elizabeth Gebara, Leah Williams (Seabron III), Lamar Corbin, Jr., Yaminah Williams, Jasimeana Forney, and Kahlil Haynes; and twenty-eight great-grandchildren; she also leaves behind her sisters, Mattie-Ruth Anderson and Betty Sallett; one godchild, Perry Ellis; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at The Victory Church @ 2 p.m.. Pastor Jay Williams is the Pastor and Dr. Lamar Corbin will officiate. Interment will follow in the Pallbearers Cemetery. Public Visitation will be held on Friday, August 12, 2022 at Gatlin Mortuary form 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
