Mrs. Brenda Norwood

In the garden of memories, where love blooms bright,  
Brenda Norwood’s spirit takes its flight.  
With laughter and kindness, she lit up our days,  
In her gentle embrace, we found countless ways.  

Though the stars now shine brighter in the night sky,  
Her legacy lingers, it will never die.  
In hearts she has touched, her story will stay,  
A beacon of love, guiding us each day.  

Rest softly, dear Brenda, your journey’s begun,  
In the arms of the angels, forever you run.  
Though we grieve your departure, we celebrate too,  
For the love that you gave us, forever stays true.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mrs. Brenda Norwood, who left us on August 30, 2025. Mrs. Brenda was loved by many and will be profoundly missed. 
 

The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 3 PM at North Valdosta Church of God. A public visitation is scheduled for Friday, September 5, from 1 PM to 7 PM at Gatlin Mortuary.
