Mrs. Natashia Rasheed Roundtree Johns, age 32, of Valdosta, Georgia, was born on August 4, 1989. She attended Valdosta City School System, where she graduated in 2008; and Pen Forest, where she received her Phlebotomy Certification in 2014.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparent, Connie Pearl Gay Williams; parental grandparents, George J.R. and Maggie Gates; her loving sisters, Demetria Roundtree and Alizeya Nathan; and one uncle, Nathan Gates.
She leaves to cherish her loving memories: five loving beautiful children, Quantarius Roundtree, Jeffery, Jermaine, Aliyah Johns, and Lewis Carson III; a loving caring mother, LaShawda Redding; loving father, George Gates III (Shelia); grandparents, Lawrence Roundtree, Sr. (Lidia), and Lizzie Daniels; her siblings, Kashif (Takeyie) Roundtree, DeShawn (Erica) Roundtree, Latrevia Zanders, Latara Thomas, Allison Gates, Moesha Gates, Jamille Nathan, Georqueze Gates, George Gates IV, Malique and Unique Carter, Shawana Nathan, LaNorris Nathan, Keisha Nathan, Vaneeshia Redding, and Casey Brown; uncles, Lawrence Roundtree, Jr. (Amber), ShCorey Roundtree (Jessica), Marndio Roundtree, James Daniels, Jason Gates (Stephanie), and Reginald Cobb (Stephanie); one aunt, Latoya Oliver; host of nieces and nephews, great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and sorrowing friends; and one special childhood friend, Shadrika Davis.
Graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Pallbearers Cemetery at 11 a.m. Bishop James Smith will officiate.
