Ouida Lane McKinney,loving daughter of the late Rev. Willie Cornelius Lane, Sr. and Eula Lane was born on September26, 1956. After graduating from Lowndes High School, she attended Bishop College. Ouida was an accomplished seamstress with 30+ years of experience.

Ouida confessed Christ and united with the Webb Miller Community Church. She remained dedicated to her church until she was physically unable to attend.

Ouida transitioned to her heavenly home on Monday, February 1, 2021 in Valdosta Georgia.

Her parents and sister, Angela K. Newton preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sisters, Eleanor Walker, Edith Ross and Mary Turner; one brother, Willie C. Lane, Jr.; aunt, Bessie P. Camion; sister-in-law, Gail Lane, several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Graveside service for Ms. Ouida Lane McKinney (64) will be held on Friday, February 5, 2021 at 1 p.m. in the Riverview Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Rev. Michael Bryant will officiate.
