It is with profound sorrow, We the Owners, Management and Staff at Gatlin Mortuary Inc stand along side the Berrian Family as we announce the earthly transition of Mrs. Tori Natassia Berrian  who passed into eternal rest on Monday, December 13, 2021 at South Georgia Medical Center.

Tori Natassia Berrian was born February 12, 1982 to Mr. Raymond Sr. and Jimmie Lee Smith in Miami, Florida. Preceded in death her father Mr. Raymond Smith, Maternal grandparents: Mr. Jimmy (Pigeon) Berrian -grandfather, Mrs. Mary L. Berrian Holmes- grandmother, Paternal grandparents Mr. James Smith- grandfather, Ruth Yearby- grandmother.

Tori was educated in the Miami, Fla school system during her elementary and middle school years, then she was moved to Valdosta, Ga where she graduated from Valdosta High School in 2001.  Tori worked for Wal-Mart for several years and during her tenure there is where she met her Husband Ahmad and that was the beginning of their union to become a family. Ahmad and Tori wed in Holy Matrimony on June 10, 2016 and later were blessed with two of the world’s greatest children whom Tori loved with every ounce in her body. Tori Was employed by Ross retail store where she worked until she was no longer physically able to work due to her illness. 

On December 13, 2021 God called Tori home from this earth and she peacefully transitioned from Labor to Reward.

Tori leaves to mourn and cherish her memories, her loving and devoted husband, Mr. Ahmad Anderson,  two amazing and wonderful children, Aimya Anderson daughter and Ahmad Anderson Jr, son.  Her caring and devoted mother Ms. Jimmie Lee Smith, two siblings her sister and best friend Mrs. Toya Nicole Daniels, one wonderful brother  Mr. Raymond Smith Jr. Father-in-love Mr. Ulysses (Phyllis)Anderson, mother-in-love Ms. Emma Thomas, two sister-in-laws, Ms. Tiffany Cain, and Ms. Dana Anderson.

Three Aunts, Mary Frances Berrian of Clearwater, Fla, Irma White, Atlanta, Ga and Earnestine(Jesse)Raines of Valdosta. One Uncle Mr. Wayne Berrian of Valdosta, Ga.

Seven Nieces whom she loved as daughters Daja Bradley, Ashantia Daniels, Kaishonna Daniels, Tashare Daniels, Zierra Dukes, Shaniya Sanders, Nathan Sanders, five awesome nephews, William Daniels, Maquevias Harris, Logan Swinson, and Aurielle Sanders.One very special spiritual sister Ms. Leeann Sanders.A host of Cousins, her Ross family- Co-workers , and friends who will cherish her memories.

Mrs. Tori Berrian- Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Serenity Christian Church @ 2 p.m. Apostle Minnie Lane will officiate. Public Visitation will be held on Monday, December 20, 2021 from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
